hello!

For over 15 years I have been working as an interim manager and am currently busy with my 30th assignment. Often these assignments are at the intersection of organisational development and personal development, a place where the interest of the company meets the interest of the individual. The talents of each employee and the objectives of the organisation are the two starting points in my work.
